Our 1993 Trusty Mercury Sable.. down!!

Our Trusty 1993 Mercury Sable sprung a Leak
in the radiator. John has been trying for a week
to fix it without success. Thought we had found
someone to fix it here without having to call on
our SON MECHANIC to come down from
Spokane to REPAIR it. However, when we drove
over to Pasco with new radiator in trunk, and finally
found the so called 'willing''mechanics' to do the
job.... LO AND BEHOLD- ALL OF A SUDDEN
THEY COULDN'T DO IT- NO WAY TO TAKE
THE RADIATOR OUT OF THE VEHICLE!!
WHAT?
SO OUR SON MADE THE THE TRIP
WITH
FAMILY ON SATURDAY... with JACK AND TOOLS in
parking lot under car port... he managed quite successfully to remove and replace said RADIATOR!! THANK YOU, JOHNNY. GOD BLESS YOU. We are back in service.

NEW YEAR 2011

Well, Well! Here we are 2 months into the year and nothing blogged in. It's been a busy 2 months. On my sister's birthday.. Jan. 22nd- I fell headlong in my bedroom right into the closet. Fortunately the door was open but it did injure my pride and left shoulder. Have been nursing both ever since. I'm sure the enemy thought he would put me out of commission but didn't happen. Praise the Lord.

We are looking forward to Spring and will welcome the event with open arms.

Last Sunday, February 27th we were on our way home from church in Pasco and I asked John to turn onto the Columbia Park Trail along the River to look for Eagles. "There! Over there!" Two of them sitting tall in a tree right by the Parking area. So John stopped and we got out and were able to get close enough to see them well. They just looked back down at us without ruffling even a feather. And there I stood with out a camera!! So sad.

We stopped again yesterday but no sign of Eagles. Me thinks there was too many humans walking, riding bikes, skateboards, and playing ball. Maybe we'll be able to drive over sometime this week and see if we can spot some again. Sure hope so because they were beautiful. I was so wanting to put a photo up on Face Book and on my blog. Anyway, we'll see.
